Frank Biele is the head of ST Productions, a company which produces film and television projects on subjects of social and cultural significance, using film/video as a vehicle for education and empowerment. 

Recently, Frank and ST Productions began interviewing air traffic controllers for a book turned documentary entitled After the Strike: The Air Traffic Controller Story. Some controllers had stories to tell about UFOs. 

As Frank and ST Productions complete the air traffic controllers’ documentary, they are also exploring the topic of UFOs. They have been researching UAPs (UFOs) with the intention of funding and completing a full-length documentary on that subject in the next two years.
