Kevin Tanski

Kevin Tanski has been acting for approximately 15 years, earning his SAG card in 2021. He is currently with actor and coach Andrew Lewis Caldwell of ALC Studios, which operates as both a production studio out of Los Angeles as well as an acting studio out of Buffalo.

Kevin has had success performing his own stunts and fight choreography, utilizing over 30 years of martial arts training as well as stage combat techniques learned while in training at Buffalo Pro Wrestling School. He has also been an Executive Producer on several films, giving him an opportunity to learn the process of how a production operates from start to finish.

Kevin’s experience in law enforcement has also given him the opportunity to offer counsel on movie sets when it comes to weapons and tactical movements.  My IMDb is https://www.imdb.me/kevintanski In addition to being an Actor, he is also a Patrol Lieutenant with a police department located just east of Buffalo, NY. Kevin has been in law enforcement for 20 years, getting his start in the Department of Homeland Security, where he worked as a Customs and Border Protection Officer. Presently, Kevin is less than two years away from retirement, and will have 22 total years in Law Enforcement when he retires. At that time, he plans to focus on acting full time.

Kevin has been interested in the UFO/UAP phenomena as well as the paranormal, since about the age of five. He grew up listening to Coast to Coast AM and has continually researched the phenomenon. He recently made a report through MUFON based on an unexplainable object his phone captured when he was photographing a Chinook helicopter that was flying over his house in a curious manner.

After the report was made, an investigator from MUFON followed up over the phone with Kevin, which led to further discussion on the topic. “I have always thought about becoming an investigator with MUFON upon retirement,” Kevin says. “When I mentioned my interest in investigations, I was contacted by the chief investigator of the area and then later by the Director of New York State, Chris Deperno, to discuss it further. Chris has become both a mentor and friend, giving me the opportunity to collaborate in preparation for becoming an investigator, as well as utilizing my various skill sets to help out in the present.”

Kevin hopes his accrued experience in Law Enforcement, acting, and UFO research can be of benefit to the HDA, and in turn, he looks forward to having the opportunity to collaborate and work with others in the alliance.
